RESPONSIBILITY FOR WEBSITE CONTENT

Index Zone Ltd is solely responsible for all content on this website. This includes profiles, photographs, videos, advertisements, chats and private messages, whether supplied by us, members or other content providers. This responsibility is not transferred to users or content creators.

CONTENT MONITORING POLICY

We actively monitor the website for prohibited and illegal content and remove it. Our moderation procedure covers all website content, including chats, messages and attachments. Moderation is an obligation, not an optional right.

1. Verification before uploads: Content uploads are permitted only from verified content providers. Before accepting their content, we obtain a written agreement, validate government-issued identification showing that each depicted person is at least 18, and obtain written consent to participation, recording and publication. We securely retain the agreements, identity and consent records with access limited to authorised personnel. These requirements also apply to a person uploading an image of themselves.
2. Review before publication or delivery: Our moderation team reviews uploaded content, profile changes, images, videos, chat messages and attachments against the prohibited content rules and relevant age and consent records before making them available to others. Content that fails review is rejected; it is not published or delivered. Uncertain cases remain withheld while a moderator investigates.
3. Ongoing monitoring and removal: We review published content and complaints, remove prohibited or illegal material when identified, and investigate the associated account. We record reports, review decisions and removal actions, restrict accounts involved in violations, and refer suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities.
4. Live content: Video calls, live streams and cam shows may operate only with active real-time moderation that can immediately stop prohibited activity. A live service must not be made available without these controls. Links to external cam services outside our monitoring capabilities are not permitted.

Moderation involves access to communications by authorised personnel for safety and compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. To report content or challenge a moderation decision, use the Complaints Policy below.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following rules apply to every part of the website, including profile text, images, chats and messages. Content must not depict, describe, promote or facilitate:

• Anyone under 18 or appearing to be under 18, child exploitation, or sexual content involving minors. Any permitted reference to an adult as a “teen” must clearly and conspicuously state that the person is 18 or 19.
• Non-consensual or forced sexual activity, exploitation, or activity involving someone unable to consent, including a person who is asleep, unconscious, intoxicated, drugged or hypnotised.
• Human trafficking, sex trafficking, slavery, coercion or abuse.
• Alcoholic beverages, items that appear to be alcoholic beverages, or illegal substances.
• Sexual acts involving animals or non-human creatures, hate crimes, injury, mutilation, violence, extreme sexual pain, blood (including menstruation), or scat. These prohibitions apply to descriptions as well as images.
• Background people, including distant or blurred people. Blurring a background person does not make the content acceptable.
• Animals outside ordinary non-sexual pet photographs on this dating website. Pet photographs must not contain sexual activity or otherwise violate these rules.

We do not market prohibited content or allow search terms that suggest child exploitation or non-consensual activity is available. These rules supplement the Member Standards of Conduct in our Terms of Use; no exception in the Terms of Use permits content prohibited by this policy.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS POLICY

We review third-party links for compliance with our content rules. Third-party links shall be removed if those links are found to contain violating content. Links offering content beyond our control or monitoring capabilities, including external cam sites, are not permitted and are removed. Report a violating link using the contact methods below.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

Anyone, including users, creators, models and people depicted in content, can make a complaint without an account. Use our contact form or email [email protected]. You can also write to Index Zone Ltd, 85 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT, United Kingdom. For urgent content reports, use the form or email so we receive the report promptly.

Tell us the website address, the relevant page or profile URL, or the chat participant and message date and time, together with the reason for the complaint and a way to reply. If the complaint concerns your image or consent, explain that in your report. Do not download or resend illegal material; identifying its location is enough to make a report.

If illegal or non-consensual content is reported, it will be removed within 24 hours of receipt of the report. We prioritise these reports, remove access to the reported content within that deadline and investigate its source, consent and legality. Requests about unauthorised use of a person's image follow this same procedure.

All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant's satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days of receipt. We review the complaint and relevant records, take appropriate action and communicate the outcome and reasons. If a matter remains unresolved, we explain the outstanding steps and keep the complainant informed.

If you disagree with the outcome, reply to our response or use the same contact methods to request a further review, quoting the original complaint details. We handle complaints sensitively and share information only as needed to investigate, take action or meet legal obligations. Making a complaint does not limit your legal rights.
